Telma H Tablet is a combination medication containing Telmisartan (40 mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg), used to effectively manage high blood pressure (hypertension). This combination helps lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and kidney problems.
- Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow.
